选型要点Key Selection Points
1、优先按饱和电流选型,实际应用预留 30% 以上电流余量,避免电感饱和失效.
Prioritize saturation current for selection; reserve more than 30% current margin in practical use to avoid inductance saturation failure.
2、温升电流同样预留 20% 以上余量,防止长期工作过热.
Reserve over 20% margin for temperaturerise current to prevent overheating under longterm operation.
3、高频场景需兼顾直流电阻 DCR,降低发热与损耗,功率预留合理余量.
Consider DC resistance (DCR) for highfrequency applications to reduce heat generation and power loss, with reasonable power margin reserved.
4、实际工作温度高于 25℃时,电流进一步降额,放大余量.
Further derate operating current and increase margin when actual working temperature exceeds 25°C.
