温升电流:使产品温度比环境温度上升 40℃ 时所施加的直流电流值。
Temperaturerise current: DC current value causing a 40℃ temperature rise above ambient temperature.
饱和电流:电感值下降 30% 时实际直流电流值。
Saturation current: Actual DC current value when inductance drops by 30%.
测试条件:100KHZ/0.1V,环境温度 25℃。

保存条件:温度 5~40℃,相对湿度 ≤70%,储存期不建议超过 12 个月。

选型避坑要点Key Selection Notes
Prioritize saturation current for selection; reserve more than 30% current margin in practical use to avoid inductance saturation failure.
2、温升电流同样预留 20% 以上余量,防止长期工作过热.
Reserve over 20% margin for temperaturerise current to prevent overheating under longterm operation.
3、高频场景需兼顾直流电阻 DCR,降低发热与损耗,功率预留合理余量.
Consider DC resistance (DCR) for highfrequency applications to reduce heat generation and power loss, with reasonable power margin reserved.
4、实际工作温度高于 25℃时,电流进一步降额,放大余量.
Further derate operating current and increase margin when actual working temperature exceeds 25°C.
